AND gate:

So this is the layout of a QCA AND gate.

The two inputs are again at the left and bottom.

The top cell is fixed at "0" by the voltages set on the top square metal pads.

As we set the inputs to various values, you can see that the output goes to "1 only when both of the inputs are at "1" (as should happen with an AND gate).
