AND gate:

So this is the layout of a QCA AND gate.

The two inputs are again at the left and bottom.

The top cell is fixed at 0 by the voltages set on the top square metal pads.

As we set the inputs to various values, you can see that the output goes to 1 only when both of the inputs are at 1 (as should happen with an AND gate).
