AND gate:

To create an AND gate, all we have to do is to fix one of the MAJORITY gate inputs at 0.

With that input at 0 both of the remaining inputs will have to be 1 for 1's to be in the majority. Only then will the output change to 1.

Here we choose to fix the C input at 0 (and again insert an anchor symbol to emphasize its unchanging state).
