AND gate:

To create an AND gate, all we have to do is to fix one of the MAJORITY gate inputs at "0."

With that input at "0" both of the remaining inputs will have to be "1" for "1"s to be in the majority. Only then will the output change to "1."

Here we choose to fix the C input at "0" (and again insert an anchor symbol to emphasize its unchanging state).
