OR gate:

So this is the layout of a QCA OR gate.

The two inputs are at the left and bottom.

The top cell is fixed at 1 by the voltages set on the top square metal pads.

As we set the inputs to various values, you can see that the output goes to 0 only when neither of the inputs is at 1 (as should happen with an OR gate).
